Challenge & Outcome

Sofi House features four 4-story independent luxury residences which capture the spirit of South of Fifth. The exclusivity of the neighborhood is reflected in the high-quality finishes and the personal touch the owners can give to their private, boutique residences.

By using our expertise in branding and systems thinking, we developed a cohesive visual and verbal identity, formulated a marketing strategy to reinforce the brand and facilitated collaboration among different teams to satisfy the target customer’s needs.

To create this brand and promote early sales, we looked for the distinctive voice, tone and feel of an exclusive high-quality residence that could evoke an experience of accomplishment, freedom and beauty. This way, high-end consumers could resonate with it at every touch point of the brand which include: Brand identity and visual system that exhibit the spirit and quality of the houses. Stationery and Responsive User Interface. Sales kit package providing specific details for each of your products and services. Renders that represent the project’s essence, as a pre-visualization tool. Floorplans. Launching Event to to connect with potential buyers, Advertising and exterior fences to introduce the project idea into the potential market.
